Shipping & Exchange Policy – AVSA Jewels

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We require 1–6 business days to process and deliver domestic orders.

  • Our primary logistics partner is Blue Dart, though AVSA Jewels may use alternate trusted carriers when required.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide through UPS, DPD, or other reliable international carriers, based on destination availability.

  • International deliveries typically take 5–12 business days, excluding customs clearance timelines which may vary by country.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

  • AVSA Jewels does not accept returns on any products.

  • However, we offer easy exchanges in case of size issues or product defects, subject to quality checks.

  • If an exchange is not possible, we provide store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges).

  • Store credit is valid for future purchases and cannot be encashed.

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen logistical delays.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed for dispatch.
