Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We require 1–6 business days to process and deliver domestic orders.

Our primary logistics partner is Blue Dart, though AVSA Jewels may use alternate trusted carriers when required.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
International Shipping

We ship worldwide through UPS, DPD, or other reliable international carriers, based on destination availability.

International deliveries typically take 5–12 business days, excluding customs clearance timelines which may vary by country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

AVSA Jewels does not accept returns on any products.

However, we offer easy exchanges in case of size issues or product defects, subject to quality checks.

If an exchange is not possible, we provide store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges).

Store credit is valid for future purchases and cannot be encashed.
